1941-1945. - Evacuation in Turkmenistan.
In 1957 he graduated from high art school in Kiev.
1958 - 1959 - Failure of receipt of the Kiev State Art Institute of T.G. Shevchenko (adopted at the pedagogical department, transferred to the Faculty of Painting and dismissed for lack of knowledge of Ukrainian language). Job artist-retoucher at the Kiev factory "Zhovten". Check into Leningrad.
In 1965 he graduated from the Leningrad Art School of Industrial them of V.I. Muchina (department of monumental painting).
Since 1966 he has been involved in urban, republican, union and international exhibitions.
In 1977 he joined the Union of Artists.
1983 - Personal exhibition at the House of Scientists in the Forest.
1986 - Personal exhibition at the Blue room LOSHa.
1987 - Personal exhibition in the museum-house FM Dostoevsky.
1991 - Personal exhibition in "Dyagilev Center, the Marble Palace.
1992 - Personal exhibition at the Museum of Theater and Music.
Works are: the State Russian Museum, St. Petersburg Museum of History, the Museum of Theatrical and Musical Arts (St. Petersburg) at the Kiev State Museum of Russian Art in the Perm art gallery, art museum in Petrozavodsk, in Far Eastern Art Museum (Khabarovsk), in private collections in Russia, Germany, Denmark, Israel and the United States.
Anatoly Zaslavsky - not relevant figure in checkered pattern of fine art in Saint Petersburg late XX - early XXI century. Is not relevant, however, only to the extent that the painting itself, in today's "information field" ceded severity of spectator interest in other forms of art (or not art). Zaslavsky not averse to speculate about it expiring, but the obvious fact that he personally, not chastising "lovers of avant-garde novelty," continues to "practice" painting.
