Born in Leningrad in 1932
In 1954 - 61 years. studied at the Leningrad Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture of Repin.
Member of the Union of Artists of Russia since 1962
Since 1960 has participated in more than 170 exhibitions: urban, zonal, regional, all, international. Personal Exhibition - 21. Member of the Group of Eleven "(1972), Member of the Academy of Contemporary Art of St. Petersburg (1995).
Works are: more than 30 museums in Russia, CIS and abroad, including: the State Russian Museum (St. Petersburg), the State Tretyakov Gallery, State Museum of Fine Arts. Pushkin State Museum of Theater. VV Bakhrushin (Moscow), National Gallery of Armenia (Yerevan), Dr. Peter Ludwig Museum (Cologne, Germany), Stedelijk Museum (Amsterdam, The Netherlands), as well as in private collections in Russia, CIS countries, USA, France, Germany, Finland, Portugal, Korea.
Lives and works in St. Petersburg.
